A binding agreement between you and the NUA platform. Please read carefully before using any of our services — your use of the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms.

2.1Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the corresponding meanings:
"The Platform" or "NUA" — the NUA app, the website, and all related digital services.
"User" or "you" — any natural person who accesses or uses the platform in any form.
"Account" — the personal account a user creates on the platform.
"Health data" — all health-related information such as sleep, steps, meals, heart rate, and similar.
"Content" — text, images, data, and other materials displayed on the platform.
2.2Eligibility
To use NUA's services, you must meet the following conditions:
You must be 16 years of age or older. If under 16, parental consent is required.
You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You undertake to provide accurate and truthful information at registration.
You must not be banned or restricted from using the platform for prior reasons.
2.3User responsibility for data sharing
Legal responsibility
The user acknowledges and agrees to be the first and sole party responsible for all data and information (including personal or commercial data) that they choose to share or export from the NUA app to any external party or third-party platform.
Personal data protection
The user bears full responsibility for ensuring the safety and lawfulness of the data they share, and for verifying the trustworthiness of any external party granted access.
Disclaimer
The NUA app bears no legal or financial responsibility for any leakage, loss, or misuse of data resulting from the user's sharing of it with parties outside the direct technical boundaries of the app, or from the use of external software (API) tools chosen by the user.
2.4Account creation and registration
When you create your NUA account, you commit to:
Providing accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and at every subsequent update.
Choosing a strong password and keeping it strictly confidential, never sharing it with any third party.
Notifying NUA immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
Bearing full responsibility for all activity carried out through your account.
Not creating multiple accounts for the same person without explicit permission from NUA.
NUA reserves the right to suspend or delete any account suspected of breaching these terms without prior notice in urgent cases.
2.5Acceptable use
You agree to use the NUA platform for lawful health and personal purposes only. Specifically, you commit to:
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and your country of residence.
Respecting the rights and privacy of other users.
Using health information for personal purposes only.
Engaging with the support team and specialists in a respectful, constructive manner.
2.6Prohibited use
The following are explicitly prohibited for users of the NUA platform:
Impersonating another person or entering misleading or false information.
Attempting to hack or tamper with the platform's systems or databases.
Using the platform for commercial or advertising purposes without prior written authorization.
Copying, distributing, or republishing any content related to the platform's identity (code, designs, logos) without written permission.
Sending offensive, harmful, or indecent content.
Using automated tools to scrape data from the platform.
Any act that impairs platform performance or harms the experience of other users.
Exception for sharing your personal dataThis prohibition does not cover your personal health data and reports generated through your use of the app; you may share these with coaches, specialists, or friends at your own responsibility.
2.7External devices and apps
NUA allows connecting external devices and apps (such as Apple Watch, Samsung, Garmin, and Whoop). By connecting such devices, you:
Agree to share that device's data with NUA for personal display and analysis purposes.
Acknowledge that NUA is not responsible for the accuracy of data emitted by those external devices.
Understand that the terms of service of those external devices and apps remain in force and independent.
2.8Paid services and subscriptions
NUA offers a model that combines free and advanced paid services. Financial transactions are subject to the following provisions:
Financial transparency
Subscription fees are displayed transparently inside the app before any payment is completed; user agreement to pay constitutes acknowledgement of the price and features.
Refund policy
All amounts paid (in Saudi Riyals) are final and non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases explicitly stated in the refund policy.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the same plan duration and value, unless the user cancels auto-renewal from account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Price changes
NUA reserves the right to modify plan prices, providing users at least 30 days notice before the new price takes effect.
2.9Medical disclaimer
Important noticeInformation and data provided by the NUA platform are for general health information and motivation purposes only, and are not a substitute for specialized medical advice. Do not make any medical decision based solely on platform data — always consult your physician.
NUA bears no responsibility for any health harm resulting from the user's interpretation of data or reliance on it without specialized medical advice.
2.10Changes to these terms
NUA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notifications at least 14 days before the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after a change constitutes implicit acceptance of the modified terms.
2.11Account termination
You may terminate your account at any time through app settings or by contacting the support team. After termination:
Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy within a maximum of 90 days.
You will not be able to access your past health records unless you request a copy before deletion.
You may request a copy of your data in a readable format (PDF or Excel) within 30 days of termination.
